Why aren’t there more good jobs? What factors facilitate-or hinder- the creation of high-quality jobs?

Join the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City at 2 PM on April 26 to answer these questions and include an overview of recent research on job quality-and of debates about “high-road” vs. “low-road” employment practices. Participants will also gain new insights into factors that affect job quality in two industries, long-term care and retail, that each employ large numbers of low-paid workers in the U.S.
