When was the last time you visited the LeadingAge National website? As a LeadingAge Kansas Member, you have access to this site that provides resources for your organization, including articles, education, and tools. The Quality Metrics tools are a great way to see how your organization measures up in Quality Measures that affect your 5 Star Rating.
To access the Quality Metrics tool, login on the website and go to the Members menu tab. From there, select “Member-Exclusive Tools & Resources.” Then select the LeadingAge Insights: Quality Tools link. This will take you to the Quality Metrics selection. The website has training videos to show you how to access the Quality Metrics and design reports. These reports can be valuable tools for your staff and board of directors to identify trends and future Quality Improvement Measures to improve your 5 Star Rating. You can compare your organization to others at the local, state, and national levels.
