TeamSTEPPS (Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety) is an evidence-based framework to optimize team performance across the healthcare delivery system. The core of the TeamSTEPPS framework is comprised of four skills: Leadership, Situation Monitoring, Mutual Support, and Communication. The cost for this 2-day training is $30.

The course is being sponsored by the Kansas Regional Simulation Center and the Inter-Professional Education Council (IPEC). Taught by an inter-professional team of faculty in an interactive fun environment.
