Apply to the Larry Minnix Leadership Academy to join a diverse group of LeadingAge members from across the country.
During the program year, participants are encouraged to discover their leadership capacities. They delve into leadership theory, visit innovative organizations, and interact with seasoned leaders to develop the leadership skills and core competencies needed to make a lasting impact in their organizations and our field.
Individuals are selected from all levels within organizations across the aging services continuum, inclusive of all within the LeadingAge membership and representative of its diverse workforce – bringing diverse backgrounds and perspectives to create an enriching environment that fuels leadership development and personal growth.
Financial support is available to those with limited financial resources.
