We urgently need your help. Response rates for this year’s LeadingAge Kansas Workforce Survey are far below last year. In 2024, 100+ providers responded and 5–10% of each provider type completed the workbooks. This year we’re only at 34 survey responses and 10 workbooks across nearly 1,000 licensed providers. Without stronger participation, we cannot produce a credible report for legislators—or effectively advocate for aging services workforce needs.

Our interns have been emailing and mailing reminders, but we are now in crunch time. The deadline is Friday, December 12, just three weeks away. We need many more providers to complete both parts so policymakers hear our data, not just hospital or nursing school workforce reports. Please take a few minutes today to complete the materials.

Please complete both the Excel Workforce Survey Workbook and the online Microsoft Form survey to ensure your organization’s data is included. Access the user manual and survey links on our website to make participation quick and easy! Email your completed workbook to kylee@leadingagekansas.org and workforce@leadingagekansas.org or insert it in the DropBox file upload tool
