With the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) finalizing the Medicaid Program: Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services Rule effective July 9, 2024, CMS has been holding topical webinars on specific provisions. The webinars are designed to help states with considerations in complying with each of the rules’ many aspects. The next webinar will be held on December 11 at 2:00 PM CT and will focus on Grievance Systems for fee for service home and community-based services recipients. While each state will implement the provisions of the rule in different ways, understanding CMS perspective as your state begins to make changes could position you well for future changes or as an advocate during a stakeholder process. Interested parties can register here. There will be an opportunity for questions at the end of the presentation.
