The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will offer the 2024 CAHPS Hospice Survey Training as a two-day training via webinar on October 9 and October 10 from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM CT. Survey vendors and subcontractors must attend both days of training to fulfill the CAHPS Hospice Survey requirements.  

Hospices, as well as other interested individuals and organizations are also welcome to join the presentation. Given the extensive updates finalized in the FY2025 Hospice Wage Index Final Rule, we encourage LeadingAge members to sign up for this training. Members must register by September 4, complete the Training Registration Form to register for the 2024 CAHPS Hospice Survey Training sessions.
