Representatives Mike Kelly (R-PA) and Ami Bera, M.D. (D-CA) introduced the House version of the Delivering Unified Access to Lifesaving Services (DUALS) Act on May 23. This is similar legislation to the bill, S.3950, introduced by Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) and a bipartisan group of Senators earlier this year. LeadingAge is supporting this legislation though continuing to improve it as it makes its way through the Congressional process.
