The FY 2025 SNF PPS proposed rule was released to the Federal Register on April 3. The rule proposes a 4.1% payment increase, but also includes a significant expansion of CMS authority related to civil money penalties. LeadingAge encourages members to comment on the rule and has created this resource to assist in developing and submitting comments.
