Each year the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) release updates to the federal poverty level standards upon which states base Medicaid eligibility. On January 24th, CMS released the 2024 Standards outlining income and asset thresholds for individuals, and families. The informational bulletin contains additional information on 2024 eligibility for Medicare Savings Program (MSP) categories. The full guidelines are available in the federal register.
