On Thursday, December 14th, LeadingAge ERC analysts will co-host a webinar with experts from Forvis, CLA, and Venable Law Firm on ‘what’s next’ on the Employee Retention Credit. The webinar will focus on the recent guidance and memorandums that the IRS has issued that clarifies employers’ eligibility for the ERC – and how an organization should prepare for a potential audit. Notably, the IRS has intensified scrutiny of existing ERC claims, and there are opportunities for organizations to rescind their claims and/ or return their received funds without penalty if they were not truly eligible for the ERC. The webinar will be offered from 1:00 – 2:30 PM CT and is CE eligible. To read more about the webinar, or to sign up, please visit the Learning Hub
