The webinar will focus on the recent guidance and memorandums that the IRS has issued that clarifies employers’ eligibility for the ERC – and how an organization should prepare for a potential audit. Notably, the IRS has intensified scrutiny of existing ERC claims, and there are opportunities for organizations to rescind their claims and/ or return their received funds without penalty if they were not truly eligible for the ERC.
