LeadingAge Kansas is teaming up with LeadingAge Iowa to provide a virtual LTC Life Safety Code and Emergency Preparedness Regulatory Academy. This virtual webinar will take place on October 10th from 12:00- 4:15 PM CT. 

The LTC Life Safety Code and Emergency Preparedness Regulatory Academy will provide educational content aimed at assisting nursing home environmental and maintenance managers as well as administrators in understanding compliance requirements. During this virtual education, attendees will gain knowledge of LSC and Emergency Preparedness regulations and will receive tools to aid in quality assurance and compliance to reduce LSC and Emergency Preparedness deficiencies.

A graduate of Wichita State University’s Math Education program, Addy is using her planning and organizational skills, creativity, and love of helping others to support our providers and members. First as Administrative Coordinator and now as Associate Director of Communications & Events, Addy’s primary duties include overseeing general member communications through social media, our Weekly Member Calls, the Aging Update, and database and website maintenance. She also collaborates with the team to plan, produce, and market events across all aspects of LeadingAge Kansas, manage Continuing Education processing.. Outside of the office, Addy enjoys crafting, playing board games, video games, and DnD, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
