From the HHS Administration on Community Living, on Tuesday, August 29th from 2:00 – 3:00 PM CT the National Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center (NADRC) will host “Memory Connections: Helping Families Navigate Their Dementia Journey with a Menu of Program Options.” Specifically, a model called Memory Connections will be featured – it’s a project out of North Carolina that offers support creativity, education and engaging activities for people living with dementia and their caregivers.
