During the interactive training, participants will learn prevention, de-escalation, and response techniques for working with aggressive residents. There is no cost to attend since the training is funded by an OSHA Susan Harwood Targeted Training Grant. The training is designed specifically for long-term care employees and will be beneficial to all employees, not just nursing team members. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion and those licensed in Kanas may be eligible for CE credits.
