Four Senators on the Senate Finance Committee released a bipartisan discussion draft, as part of the committee’s ongoing work to advance legislation that strengthens mental health care across the nation. The discussion draft, “Telemental Health Access to Care Act” includes a public call for comments. Comments can be sent to mentalhealthcare@finance.senate.gov

Over the years, Rachel has served in many volunteer roles in her community and in the state of Kansas to support senior needs, aging services education, and community mental health services. She is also a member of the Board of Governors for the Kansas Health Care Stabilization Fund.
