The Semmelweis Times is a newsletter that the KDHE HAI/AR Program (Healthcare-Associated Infections and Antimicrobial Resistance Program) produced and sent out quarterly during 2015-2017. Bryna Stacey, HAI-AR Director reports that they, “Hope it will serve as a helpful source of information directly from our program, as well as introducing other resources we hope you all will be able to use in your infection prevention and control practices, antimicrobial stewardship efforts, and beyond.” Bryna invites you to send her ideas for future topics, and as always, you can contact her with your questions about infection prevention and control and antimicrobial stewardship.
