It has come to KDADS’ attention that there is a glitch in the new portal that is affecting Nursing Facilities. The known issue is with the admit date for nursing facilities and those issues can be tracked on the Claims Resolution Guide. My understanding is there is a fix coming early this week for the admit date issue. There are training guides as well as demos on the Public KMAP site and bulletins explaining the changes to the KMAP portal. Any further concerns, please contact KMAP at the following email address:
