On February 16th, a Notice of the Revised Contract Rent Annual Adjustment Factors (AAFs) for FY22 was published in the Federal Register. The AAFs are used to adjust the contract rents on the anniversary date of the Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contracts for some multifamily projects. The FY22 AAFs are effective February 16, 2022. A copy of the Federal Register Notice containing the revised AAFs is located here.
