We are wrapping up the final plans for our first in-person training in over two years.

Thank you for your patience while we finalize our schedule and details for the 2022 LeadingAge Kansas Spring Conference & Expo. We plan to send a special email blast later this week with the registration link.

Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our attendees. Please review our official COVID protocols for the conference so that you are knowledgeable about the experience we are providing.

LeadingAge Kansas is excited to offer an in-person Spring Conference experience for members, exhibitors, and guests in 2022. Attendees’ safety is very important to us, and the following protocols will be required for individuals to attend the Spring Conference and Expo:

All attendees will be required to take a COVID-19 test, regardless of vaccination status, no more than 48 hours prior to your first day of attendance at the Spring Conference. Details about how this will be handled are forthcoming and will be logged into a safe online system that will not share personal health information with LeadingAge Kansas staff.

Attendees will be asked to answer a series of health questions prior to attendance. If individuals experience COVID-19 (or any illness) symptoms while at the conference, please self-isolate and inform LeadingAge Kansas staff as soon as possible.

All attendees, speakers, hotel staff, and exhibitors are required to wear masks in all areas of the event including registration, meeting rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and exhibit hall. Masks may be removed when drinking or eating. We recommend participants utilize 95 masks if they are available and individuals are medically cleared to wear one. Extra non-medical masks and hand sanitizer stations will be available in the registration area and meeting rooms.

Practice social distancing and respect the comfort level of others attending the conference. LeadingAge Kansas will make every effort to accommodate social distancing in meeting rooms and event spaces.

** These protocols are subject to change as the need arises. More information with specific details on how this will work will be provided in the coming weeks.
