The 2021-2022 Nursing Home Salary & Benefits Report, published by HCS in cooperation with LeadingAge, is now available. See attached press release on CNA and CMT hourly increases in 2021. The Report is available at the reduced rate of $300 for LeadingAge members. Members sometimes inquire why LeadingAge Kansas does not conduct an annual or semi-annual state-specific salary and benefits survey. In past years, we conducted one we spent a lot of time and created a member task force to create questions and ideas for encouraging response. Even with that, the response rate has been between 10-15%, making the report invalid and unreliable. We are certainly open to hearing from you about if/how we can encourage more participation.
