A reminder to SNFs and Hospices that received July notices that they are considered non-compliant with their respective Quality Reporting Program requirements…the deadline to request reconsideration of this status is this Friday, August 13th at 10:59 PM CT. Please don’t confuse this deadline with deadlines to report first quarter 2021 data. Remember non-compliance will result in a 2% annual rate reduction beginning October 1, 2021.
