5-Star Reports Released
The latest, FREE 5-Star Analysis Report is now available based on the January 2021 data. This is the first time since April 2020 that CMS released updated Quality Measures (QM) data with the measure period ending quarter 2 of 2020.  The health inspection section now includes a summary of infection control inspections as well as the count of infection control deficiencies.  Also, click on the link to the SNF Trend Report as this report has been updated to now include trends for the QMs from the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Quality Reporting Program. If you did not receive a report for your nursing home, please contact Dana Weaver for a link.
