Due to the COVID-19 crisis, open enrollment for the PEAK 2.0 was postponed. It has now been extended through July 10, 2020.

Before making a decision please be aware that the program commitment has been revised to be less rigorous during this time of pandemic. Homes deciding to join this year will do all their work and training virtually or independently. You will have about one, one-hour commitment per month. You will receive a detailed timeline once enrollment closes and communication begins.

To enroll go to: https://www.hhs.k-state.edu/aging/outreach/peak20/enroll/
