We are 7 days away from the most substantive change in SNF reimbursement for quite some time.  There are a number of resources that are available and ongoing.  One of our partners, BKD, has a plethora of available information on their website on PDPM.  Some is reserved for members only, however, there is also a large number of free articles.  Additionally, many of your EHR providers are providing free PDPM training as well.  The biggest concern is that we identify the correct diagnosis code on admission and ensure that it is not an RTP or return to provider code.  We continue to support all of you and will navigate this huge change together.
