CMS has released a revision to QSO-19-09-ALL, the memo from March that introduced changes to Appendix Q on Immediate Jeopardy. This updated memo outlines revisions to Appendix Q regarding reporting crime to local law enforcement. LeadingAge National will be posting further analysis to the website. Also, please share any experiences with us on the new Appendix Q process for citing immediate jeopardy, including use of the template, that the LeadingAge National team can share with CMS.
