On June 6th, key employees in member communities should have received an email asking them to take the LeadingAge National survey!  Member communities received one survey for each of their service lines.

We are asking you to take 10-12 minutes out of your day to complete the survey. Doing so ensures LeadingAge receives quality data to help design meaningful advocacy efforts that meet your needs and develop relevant programs and services for members.

Here are 4 ways the LeadingAge member survey can help you tell your story:

  1. Compare yourself to others in the field.
  2. Find out national and state-level workforce turnover rate.
  3. Reap the benefits of data-driven advocacy at the state and federal levels.
  4. Lay the groundwork for the future.

So far Kansas has a 16% response rate. We would love to see that go up!
