Kansas is getting ready to renew its Frail Elderly (FE) and Physical Disability (PD) Waiver with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Kansas must resubmit the Waiver with any changes to CMS. You can view the Waiver at: www.kdads@ks.gov. The full public comment period for the FE/PD Waiver Renewal is April 16th – May 16th , 2019, you can provide public comment to KDADS anytime throughout the comment period.
