About the DON Learning Group:
This DON Learning Group will be an opportunity for discussion and networking with your peers. Our goal is to bring together a mixture of experience levels within nurse leaders so there is an opportunity to learn from each other. There is always something to be learned and what better way to do it than together in a safe and open environment.
The first part of the meeting will be a chance to get to know each other, find out where everyone is from and what you’re going through in your role. Next, we will open it up to what topics you would like to discuss for the afternoon. The group will decide together which topics are most important. Depending on the size of the group we will remain in a large group or break into smaller groups.
Topics of discussion will be chosen onsite.
