The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid published new guidance on March 22 for states on the HCBS Settings Rule’s heightened scrutiny process.

CMS is hosting a webinar on this guidance on 3/28 at 1:30 PM EST. LeadingAge will attend and share any new information. Members are encouraged to register for the webinar.
