HUD has posted a DRAFT of the 37 page document – Section IV: Section 202 Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) Projects (Draft RAD Notice Rev 4). This DRAFT is specific solely to implementation of the new PRAC provisions the draft and HUD is seeking feedback just prior to formal release.

LeadingAge will work to create a consolidated comment on behalf of members, and will try to share a draft copy of comments sometime next week, after we’ve had a chance to take a look. But the expertise of members familiar with RAD, or perspectives of those who are considering preservation conversion of the PRAC property, is going to be essential to development of such comments.
