Each week we are featuring a different portion of the toolkit to show members the depth of the toolkit. We recommend rolling the entire toolkit into your onboarding program as it will help with retention. If you do not have the resources to incorporate everything, pick out what makes sense for your organization and culture and use those pieces. We have to reduce turnover in long-term care. With numbers hovering close to 100%, we need to find a different tactic. We hope this is one tool that can help solve this issue.
