CIAW is an excellent opportunity for members to shine in their communities and hopefully gain a few employees in the process. We have developed a CIAW toolkit to help members prepare and plan to have students or other individuals learn about working in our field.

This is the second year for this program and had great success last year. We don’t prescribe how you participate – the sky is the limit! We had members host Shadow days with local high school students, host open houses, go to high schools and colleges and talk about working in the field. Have fun with it.

We rescheduled our informational phone call to THIS Friday, February 15, 2019 at 10 AM. The goal of this call is to get an overview of CIAW and hear what others have done or are planning to do this year. If you are interested in joining us, please contact Dana Weaver.
