We have learned from some LeadingAge Kansas members that their timekeeping, payroll and PBJ reporting vendors are not getting accurate and timely reports to CMS. For nursing homes, slipshod PBJ reporting to CMS has real consequences for your organization in terms of survey scrutiny, 5 Star rating and reimbursement. EVERY member that provides nursing home care is urged to have a detailed conversation with their vendors as soon as possible to make sure they have processes in place to submit accurate and complete PBJ data to CMS, and that they are meeting CMS deadlines for submission.
