“Regulatory Roundup 2.0” is a quick and easy tracker to help find pertinent rules and federal regulations for LeadingAge members (nursing home, housing, home and community-based services etc.) It will be updated weekly, so you have the most up to date information. Specific features of the new tracker include:
- Direct links to “Rules/Notices”.
- Important dates for comments and compliance.
- A short, high-level summary provides basic information about each entry.
- “LeadingAge Actions” will have the actions that we are taking i.e. commented, reviewing, monitoring.
- If we submit comments, there will be a link to click on. Feel free to use them to develop and submit your own comments.
