Alert: Check Your CASPER Reports for Any Enforcement Letters Around COVID-19 Reporting
We have heard a report from one nursing home in the state who has been having problems reporting in the CDC system. They did not receive any enforcement letters from CMS for “failure to report” but by chance a corporate nurse found the letters in CASPER. We are suggesting all homes double-check in case this is a systemic problem.

Relating to the Battelle Decontamination System, N95 respirators containing cellulose-based materials; respirators that have exhalation valves; and respirators that are authorized by the Non-NIOSH Approved Disposable Filtering Facepiece Respirators manufactured in China EUA are not compatible with the Battelle Decontamination System. https://www.fda.gov/media/136529/download”
