Urgent Request Regarding Testing
Our board would like to quickly take the temperature of the membership to gauge your perspective on the latest testing Interim Final Rule to determine advocacy focus. Please take 1 minute to respond to this survey. Thank you.

Information Alert From LKS This Morning Regarding CMS Testing Rule
In case you missed it, we sent out an Information Alert outlining what we know about the Interim Final Rule about testing, update on Infection Control Education through CMS and other hot topics. Here is a link to that alert.

After reading through the 200-page document, it is still NOT clear how often nursing homes will be expected to test. Stay tuned for more on that as information becomes available. We understand that there are a lot of details up in the air and is causing concern, fear and frustration. Rest assured, your state and national associations are on this and will continue to provide information, tools and advocacy in the coming days/weeks/months.
